Lindsey Graham Just Sent Sickening Tweets About Kavanaugh Accusers, ‘Why Would You Go To Parties With Gang Rape?’

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) addressed the most recent allegation of sexual violence against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. On Wednesday morning, Michael Avenatti, who has become famous for representing adult film star Stormy Daniels who was paid to keep silent about an affair she had with Donald Trump, released the identity of his client who also claims to be the victim of sexual assault perpetrated by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Avenatti represents Julie Swetnick.

Swetnick says that when she was and Kavanaugh were teens, she was gang-raped after being drugged. In a sworn statement, Swetnick describes seeing Kavanaugh in gang rape lines, waiting to assault drugged girls at parties. She was one of those girls victimized by the boys who included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.

Graham is unimpressed with Swetnick’s account. Graham tweeted his opinion on the matter. In his tweets, he managed to further denigrate women by dismissing Avenatti because he is a “lawyer to porn stars,” apparently porn stars do not deserve legal representation.

Graham’s despicable dismissal of a woman’s sworn statement detailing the horrifying experience of being drugged and gang-raped even managed to suggest that Swetnick herself may be responsible for the rapes of other girls as there should be a “duty to warn” others that a gang of boys regularly drugged and raped girls at parties.

Graham tweeted: “From my view, just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, it just did. The lawyer to porn stars has just taken this debacle to an even lower level. I hope people will be highly suspicious of this allegation presented by Michael Avenatti.”

He went on, “I have a difficult time believing any person would continue to go to – according to the affidavit – ten parties over a two-year period where women were routinely gang raped and not report it.”

And he still wasn’t finished adding, “Why would any reasonable person continue to hang around people like this? Why would any person continue to put their friends and themselves in danger? Isn’t there some duty to warn others?”
